a. Before Dispatch:

b. After Dispatch:

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may proceed with a return after the product has been delivered (refer to our Return Policy below).

2. Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring that our products reach you in the best possible condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return or replacement.

a. Eligible Returns:

You may request a return under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has expired upon delivery.

c. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or partially used food products.
  • Products purchased during special promotions, sales, or at discounted rates (unless damaged or defective).

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, you will receive a full refund.

c. Shipping Charges:
