We currently ship our products within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and within our serviceable regions in India before placing an order.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Our goal is to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location and the nature of the product.
a. Standard Delivery:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities/Towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines, and actual delivery may vary based on external factors such as logistics partner delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Processing Time
We typically process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Charges
We offer transparent delivery charges based on your order value and delivery location.
a. Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500.
b. Standard Shipping Charges:
For orders below ₹500, the following delivery charges apply:
- Within Metro Cities: ₹50 per order
- Non-Metro Cities/Towns: ₹70 per order
- Remote Locations: ₹100 per order
During the checkout process, delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment. You can also track your order by visiting the Track Your Order page on our website and entering the tracking number.
6. Delayed or Missed Deliveries
We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeline. However, in some cases, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., logistics delays, weather conditions, etc.). In such cases:
- We will notify you about any significant delay in your order.

7. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or if the customer is unavailable to receive the order:
- The package will be returned to us by the shipping carrier.
- We will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery, but additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
- Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping details and that someone is available to receive the package at the specified address.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or items are missing from your order:
- Please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
- If the delivery has been accepted, and the product is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We may request photos of the damaged or missing items for verification and processing of returns or replacements.
